I live in the beautiful city of Wollongong, Australia, where I continue to pursue my passion for helping others.On a personal note, I am a mother to two wonderful grown-up children and a daughter of strong, resilient parents who have instilled in me the values of lifelong learning and perseverance. My hobbies include reading, writing, practising exercise, yoga, meditation, and pranayama—activities that inspire and ground me in my daily life. As a Christian, my faith plays a vital role in my approach to life and work. I am guided by the verse Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” This verse reminds me of the power of hope and the endless possibilities that come with faith and perseverance. I believe that healing and self-growth are the foundations of lasting change. My mission is to empower individuals to overcome emotional and mental health challenges, creating a ripple effect that not only transforms their lives but also uplifts those around them.
