JEEVI is a mental health and holistic wellbeing service where our team of life coaches, yoga practitioners and dietitians may work in conjunction with the Allied Health Professionals and General Practitioners (and all other medical practitioners, for that matter) are not allied health practitioners, and/or other required professional to help you achieve your desired goal.

JEEVI offers 4 different types of services: Inner Strength Development Program, Workshops, Webinars, and Retreats. All the products served by JEEVI are offered to the group of people as well as individuals. JEEVI serves individuals, families, organizations, nursing homes, schools, companies, corporates, universities and different other facilities and reaches the individuals/families/groups of employees, networks, students or patients with their common needs and goals in different way. Through its most demanded Inner Strength Development Program, JEEVI serves different groups in its unique manner. For an example, if the Aged Care facility having the aged people with the goal of improving cognitive functions, age related degeneration, and staying active, would be assessed by JEEVI’s team and would be offered a customized 10 weeks program considering their health conditions and other important criteria.

JEEVI aims to build you with curative and preventative approach towards health in holistic manner.. You are assessed to check your current physical, emotional, social, psychological, emotional and spiritual health. Considering your present and future goals, JEEVI develops a customized program for you to reach your goals so that you can enjoy overall health at all levels.

The term "neuroplasticity" describes the brain's capacity to modify and adapt in response to fresh experiences. From birth to old age, this flexibility happens throughout life. It aids in our ability to pick up new skills, retain crucial knowledge, and recuperate from traumas. Hence, allowing us to learn new skills at any age.

Yes. Yoga is scientifically proven and JEEVI’s Inner Strength Development Program includes the practice of Yoga that is evidence-based and scientifically proven. JEEVI does not include any part of Yoga that is religious based although we respect every religion.

This program can be practised onsite at your workplace/school/home/other places that are suitable to you. The clients don’t need to travel to our office.The program is also available online if that is easy choice for you.

There are options for onsite availability as well as online availability.
